- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I was referred here by another business to attempt to get a personal loan. for a bike. I didn't receive any notice on my application within a decent time span via phone (almost an hour+) and once arriving in person (to check the status), it was short and to the point: Whats your name, nope you're denied -- sorry, have a good day. Sometimes people get backed up, I get it, but being on time crunch as well it would be good to have a quicker notice. When questioning my status, I was told my results would be in the mail, which is fine. However, better communication would be nice. I can't say the business is great or awful, as that would be unfair -- especially off one visit, but I can say a bit of consolation would've been appreciated.By Austin Felts, June 18, 2017
